There is certain to be some duplication Still, nothing should cause the problems as mentioned here and in so many other threads on Microsoft Forums. And the complexity of the Folder layouts which is impossible to navigate by eye. The only thing of mention is the age of the email in them. Neither has exceeded 40 GB in web-storage. But not by so much that it should be an issue. These two like to keep as much email in their local copy as possible and exceed the standard 1 year setting. These emails had to come from Outlook 2003, 2007,2010, 2013 etc. Two of the worst have email in their accounts dated-from 2004 and forward. Most f the people with the problem ave Large and Old email accounts. There is only one item that sees to be a common factor in al of the affected systems And i do not see how/why this item could be the cause of anything: Currently the two affected systems appear to be OK but that may not last for over a week Until it does i wont be sure f anything. I cannot find anything that i can point at to say it is for sure the cause.
I can say that in my experience i have Never had it happen and I am on the same domain Several different laptop use my email account not one has ever had this issue. works too, Also most of the fixes work Once. I can tell you that in our experience, sometimes doing nothing at all.
But later fond out that a FEW other with Windows 10 Home have the same problem Have read every thread on MS, Spoken wiht the MS advance tech guys, heard of about 10 different registry edits, several remove the account options etc. I had originally believe it to be related to the two people with Surface Pro laptops (who are also the only ones Running Windows 10 Pro). Has anyone been able to resolve this yet?
